Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations:

You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately at +917567216517. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it.

Returns:

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please send us a video/photo within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace it free of cost.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (or bank account) within 5-7 business days.
